My main hobbies include cosplay, rock climbing, and gaming. Due to limited free time and after uni job searching, my commissions are open on muse-based availability.

Payment

I can take paypal or venmo!Before I begin sketching, I require payment upfront. If you are a returning customer or trusted individual I may accept a split payment* though full payment will be required before I complete your piece.

* Split payments will still require money up front and a set date that I can expect the remainder by. If you do not fulfill a split payment, I may refuse one from you again or not finish your piece. You will still get the work at whatever stage your current payment equates to.

Cancellations

Cancellations are allowed up until I finish the line art. Cancellations that occur before I begin may have a full refund. There will be a charge for canceling after I have been working on the initial sketch for over an hour. How much the charge is depends on how far I am and what kind of piece you bought.Cancellations that occur because I am unable to complete your order or have taken over two months with no contact will have payment returned in full* at buyer's request. You will not receive any form of return if you cancel after I have finished lining your piece, though you may take whatever stage your art is in at the time of cancellation.

* You will receive your money in full if I have not begun or gotten far with your order. If your piece is majorly done I will keep part of your payment for my time and work even with the delay, but as an apology, I will be willing to return some of the initial charge. The amount you receive will depend on what still needed to be completed.

Turnaround Time

I try to be fast with my turnarounds. Because I am a design student, I feel the need to make the disclaimer that I do have classwork that takes priority and can burn me out by the end of the night, which may stall my work on your art.I have a private queue to keep track of hard deadlines as well as the order in which I receive commissions. Generally, I go down the line of commissions in order of when they were paid, though rush orders or quick pieces may be completed first to check things off my list.Currently, you can expect your piece four weeks from payment, though it may be completed sooner. This is an estimate accounting for homework, other owed art, as well as needed breaks. If I am delayed for any reason I will let you know.

Most of my art centers around humanoids or animals so that is what I feel most comfortable charging people for. This isn't a very detailed list, I know, so if there's something you aren't sure I'll do, let's talk! I am willing to take a stab at other things, but it depends on the subject, complexity, etc.I will not draw subjects including homophobia, racism, etc. and frankly, if you support it you should probably find another artist.Currently, I am not comfortable charging for furries due to personal skill comfort. Anthropomorphizing an animal more than I already do reaches a grey area I'm not comfortable being paid for. I will update this list as my skills grow.I will warn you at the time of purchase if I agree to draw something I am not familiar with. This is your warning and chance to back out in case you are not happy with what you get. Though I will be sorry, I will not issue a refund if you do not like the finished piece.

I have the right to deny service for whatever reason I see fit. I will tell you upfront if I am not willing to draw your order.
All orders are to be paid in USD.
If art is uploaded anywhere (ex. icon, story, banner, etc.) it must belong to you, and credit must be provided with a link back to me or a notation of where to find me. Please, no reposts on social media.
I only take orders with visual references, unless I am doing a custom design commission.
If the order is for commercial use it must be stated at the time of purchase and there may be a seller's fee, otherwise, you may not use my art for sales. (rehoming a design/character does not apply)
My art under no circumstances is to be used for NFTs.
My art is not to be traced, copied, or taken (if it was not your order). All signatures must remain on the piece no exceptions.
I reserve the right to use your order for promotional purposes, example work, etc.
If your order includes my characters or copywritten characters you do not own (ex. pokemon, FFXIV NPCs, etc.) I reserve the right to use your order for resale/merch.
If you have a problem with your order or want something updated please contact me. I may be able to make changes depending on what they are/if I still have your piece saved. Major edits may require a fee. You may alter my art with explicit permission
Failure to follow my ToS may result in denial of future orders.
